About this Nominee
Celia is an energetic 5yr. She is kind and smart and loves making new friends at the park, library, and all around beautiful The Dalles. She enjoys going to school at MCCC Petersburg and is looking forward to kindergarten this fall. She likes playing outside, helping with baseball practice with her siblings, and the park, art and drawing, Bluey and paw patrol, she loves all fruits especially cherries and collard greens are her favorite veggie! This kid is constantly on the go sun up.
